The wine is made from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Kakheti. The grapes were pressed in qvevri, where they underwent fermentation and aging for 6 months with a preliminary separation of the tassels, which gave it mineral shades and weak tannins. The taste and aroma are bright, saturated with notes of ripe apples and berries.
