The wine is made from 100% Ojaleshi grapes grown in mountainous Adjara, harvested and squeezed with tassels and stones by hand directly in the vineyard and transferred to qvevri in its natural state, followed by fermentation and aging for 5 months. This method fully reflects the 8000 years of experience of Georgian winemaking, thanks to which the wine has acquired a complex unique taste with bright aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, prunes and spices.
